We stand by the quality of our work. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us within 7 days with photos or a description of the issue. 

Where reasonable, we may offer a free warranty clean or partial refund to resolve the problem. A full refund will only be considered if a warranty clean is not possible or if the issue is serious.

Please note a cancellation fee of $50 applies to scheduled cleanings cancelled within 24 hours of the service.
